  • BA degree/ college diploma in secretarial science and office administration  or other related fields,           
  • 2 years and above working experience as receptionist or secretary

TECHNICAL SKILLS                               

  • Proficiency with computer operating systems and software applications of MS Excel and Ms Word etc.
  • Proven language proficiency in written/spoken English
  • Keen observation abilities, alertness and good memory;
  • Good communication & interpersonal skill
