Assistant Human Capital Manager

§  Carry out cost effective and objective recruitment and selection process and present recommendation of employment of competent candidates.

§  Maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other sources of recruitment.   

§  Responsible for employee compensation, benefits and labour relations.

§  To ensure that performance appraisal for all staff is carried out on a regular basis; monitor and control preparation of summary reports.

§  Monitor and control labour turnover records; analyze labour turnover statistics and propose actions to be taken.

§  To ensure that grievance and disciplinary procedures are being followed and relevant documents are completed; coach and council employees and supervisors.

§  Monitoring and control handling of leaves records, controlling of employees’ attendance; checks attendance reports for payment.

§  Monitor and control proper utilization of vehicles, fuel and lubricant consumption; ensure their timely maintenance and service; observe proper handling of their maintenance and service costs.

§  To ensure that staff transport service is properly provided.

§  Monitor and control renewal of insurance policies and claims are timely raised.

§  Perform specific research and recommendation on operating policy and procedure improvements.

§  Prepare periodic and other reports as required.

§  BA Degree in Business Management or Management or Human Resource Management or related field of studies.

§  Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

§  Good Interpersonal skills.

§  Able to communicate commendably.

§  Proven skill in basic computer and writing.

§  Good understanding of labor law
